Make your pledge on this form, and then you will be able to make payments online or by sending payment to the office. We will continue to send monthly statements.

If you would like our help in scheduling recurring payments online, fill out the information below and we will contact you. On the next screen you will have an option to bill to your account or schedule your online payment via credit card or ACH on the next screen. Select bill to your account if you want want to mail a check or discuss another payment method with the Treasurer.
