Dr. Laura Landerman-Garber, Ph.D., clinical psychologist and Jewish community member, will facilitate a roundtable conversation about feelings, thoughts, and what to do about them during these painful and complext times. We will explore trauma, Zionism, and anti-Semitism with some tools and coping strategies from psychology. Having a better understanding of our feelings and thoughts and how to mange them are two paths to relief as well as a direction toward engaging in action. You can join at the Temple or on Zoom.
